30 Spaghetti Dinners?

Buon Giorno,

Tommy announced, at the beginning of our time in Italy, that he was going to have spaghetti for every lunch and every dinner for our more than two weeks there.

Giving him credit for all pasta meals served with tomato sauce, but no credit for pizza, how do you think he did...?

We counted over 15 pasta dinners, well short of his goal, but a total that means he ate spaghetti (or another pasta) with tomato sauce at least once every day of our stay. (Above, Tommy again eating pasta in Florence).

As I have said before, Tommy would probably have chosen Italy as his sabbatical destination.
